We have therefore chosen a security level that is appropriate for the data we process.
Processing Data
When you have registered for our newsletter, downloaded an e-book, or purchased a product or service, you are asked to fill in your details. We only process the data that you provide to us yourself. This may include the following data:

• Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number
• VAT number
In addition, we request supplementary information from our clients, such as login details for social media. This data is stored in LastPass.

Purposes
Marketing Pepper processes personal data of clients to contact them by telephone or in writing. In addition, we use the data to process it on our clients’ communication materials. This includes websites, corporate identity templates, and social media channels. Furthermore, we use the personal data obtained for sending our newsletters, processing invoicing in accordance with guidelines, and any shipment of products ordered by you.
Use of Cookies
Functional cookies are used to ensure the best possible operation of the website. This is a small file sent by the website and placed on the device you use to visit our website by your browser. The information stored in the cookie can be sent back to our website when you visit the website again.

Sharing Data
Your personal data is stored in our email system: MailBlue. MailBlue is a certified partner of ActiveCampaign. The servers are located in the United States, but to correctly comply with European legal regulations, MailBlue has recognized compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework Principles with the US Department of Commerce.

Unless you have given explicit permission for this, we do not share your data with third parties. We also do not sell your data to third parties. However, it may be the case that we engage third parties who process personal data under our supervision and responsibility. We enter into a processing agreement with these third parties.
Changing Data
You have the right to access your personal data and the right to have it adjusted. You can also request to have your data deleted, to restrict processing, or to transfer data. Please send your request to info@dorientendijck.nl. We will process your request within four weeks.
Retaining Data
We do not retain your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. When you unsubscribe from our emails, your personal data will be removed from the system by the end of that same month at the latest. We retain the data in our accounting and CRM system for at least 7 years, partly to comply with our legal obligations. This data will be deleted within 1 year after these obligations expire, unless otherwise determined by law.
Deleting Data
If you are registered for our newsletter, have requested a download, filled out a form, or purchased a product or service and do not wish to receive emails from us in the future, you can always unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us. You always have the right to withdraw your consent. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal.
